Linda Blakeley, Ph.D.
I am a clinical psychologist, mediator and professional speaker. For more than 25 years I have been helping clients find answers to important questions so they can lead more meaningful lives. I specialize in working with individuals confronting conflict and change whether it is about learning to live again as a single person confronting new possibilities or confronting career change.
If the issues are long standing ones such as an eating disorder, an addiction or trauma, you have an opportunity to understand the roadblocks preventing you from developing a strong sense of self. Working with me in a safe, non-judgmental and creative setting, you can learn skills and tools so you are able to have a rewarding and fulfilling life.
Resolving situational issues such as problems in significant relationships, job transitions, or grief over significant loss can become roadblocks if they are not addressed. Whether you are addressing long term or short term issues, a major goal is to help you develop strong stress management skills.
I am especially mindful of the trust given to me by clients as you share your life stories. I believe that expanding awareness, enhancing self esteem, and deepening ones sense of self are the challenges that can be resolved in therapy. It is always a privilege to facilitate this process.
My book, Fried, Frenzied, Frazzled: The ABC's of Success and Stress Management will be available early Fall 2015. In our fast paced, stress filled world, I show you the tools you can master in order to achieve success personally and professionally in all areas of your life.
All my best,
Dr. Linda Blakeley
